Leadership Training and Its elationship to Communication Skills, Self-Esteem, and Problem Solving Skills among Youth
Transformational leadership remains a critical phenomenon as described through behavioral components such as inspirational motivation, idealized influence, individualized consideration, and intellectual stimulation. Idealized influence is the first element and is reflected based on the conceptualization by transformational leaders who behave in a manner that allows them appear as role models among their followers. Such individuals are respected, trusted, and admired (Olive, Gottfried, Guerin, Gottfried & eichard, 2011). Followers relate with the leaders with the aim of emulating them.
Children's attachment style is normally attributed to parental factors or parenting style. Attachment styles are well formed at early ages even though they are predictive of outcomes for future leadership. Early life shows that bonds developed by infants with caregivers vary between from an insecure to secure attachment styles. The relationship identifies diverse infant attachment styles which……
Contingency leadership theories are based on the view that the situation dictates the ideal leadership style -- and how much of that style can be learned or not is variable.
There are elements of leadership, however, that cannot be taught. In particular, the inspirational aspect of leadership is very difficult to teach. Leaders can reach their subjects in a number of different ways, using a wide range of triggers. While to a certain extent these ways can be identified through scientific study -- psychology and sociology in particular -- there is an element of relating to other people than is entirely inherent. Some leaders are simply born with better charisma and interpersonal skills than others. The former in particular is nearly impossible to teach -- those with charisma that makes others want to follow seldom can identify what it is they do that makes them so charismatic -- they simply……
I believe inspirational leadership is the ultimate leadership style. An inspirational leader is someone who can motivate others by inspiring them to accomplish their goals and ultimately make them a better person. As 2006 began, I was looking for that type of motivation in my life. I had recently flunked out of college for the second time. I did not have a full-time job and was picking up spot work where I could. In February of that year, I was introduced to a leader that I although I had yet to met them face to face instantaneously became that inspirational leader to me. As I was headed out the door to a bachelor party, my wife changed my perspective on life in a split second. She told me that she was pregnant with our first child. My daughter became the catalyst I needed to become the person I always knew I could be. The revelation that I was going to become a father consumed me for my two-hour car ride and the remainder of the night. By the time I started my return voyage, I had made some significant decisions to change my life. I started by dedicating myself to the goal of finding a full-time job. Two months before my daughter was born, I was offered an excellent opportunity to work for a well-recognized organization. I worked hard to become acclimated to the corporate environment and quickly excelled. By the fall of 2007, I was ready to take the next step towards fulfilling my goal of becoming the person I knew I could be. I walked into the Dean of Admissions office. I was there to ask to be readmitted back to school. The Dean asked me why I was back to see her and suggested that I would be better off transferring to another school with my GPA in such ruin. After a long discussion, I convinced her that I was a different person. I was adamant that this is what I wanted and needed to do. It was important to me that I finish what I started 10 years prior. She went before the school board with a letter I had written and pleaded for my reinstatement. Now four years later, I sit here with less than a year to graduate college, a GPA that has nearly doubled to over 3.0, a new job as a manager for a top-flight organization, the co-owner of a successful Irish Pub and my third little inspirational leader due any day. My next goal is to become that inspirational leader for my children and for others that I work with, and to help them become the person that they believe they can be. Sometimes people just need a little inspiration in their lives to realize their goals and aspirations. I want to become that inspirational leader to them.
Transformation leadership is 'authentic' leadership which "builds genuine trust between leaders and followers." Furthermore transformational leadership "concentrates on terminal values such as integrity and fairness. They see the responsibility for their organization's development and impact on society." (Ibid)
Homig and MacGregor in the work entitled:" Transformational Leadership" state that the following ten 'tenets' are inclusive in the transformational leader's style of leading:

2. Leaders express genuine interest in followers.
3. Leaders have an inspirational vision.
4. Genuine trust exists between leaders and led.
5. Followers share leader's values and vision.
6. Leaders and followers perform beyond self-interest.
7. Participatory decision-making is the rule.
8. Innovative thinking and action is expected.
9. Motivation is to do the right thing.
10. Leaders mentor. (nd)

In basic terms, an individual's creative intelligence can be brought out using four primary styles. These styles include inspiration, innovation, imagination and intuition. In this text, I discuss the four styles of creative intelligence. In so doing, I bring out their key similarities and differences and look at how they impact on organizational decision making. Further, I highlight how mindsets and mental modes are influenced by the five forces while giving examples of how the decision making process might be limited by mental models and mindsets. Lastly, I discuss the most frequently used mindsets and mental modes which would ideally guide and influence the decisions I make at the workplace.
According to Weiten (2010), "creative intelligence involves the ability to generate new ideas and to be inventive in dealing with novel problems." When it comes to intuition, owe (2004) is of the opinion that the same mainly……

Manipulative, deceptive and more relevant behaviors which are devious are being attributed by critics to leaders who are transformational, pseudo transformational or authentic. According to Bailey (1988) and Martin and Sims (1956) they take their stand that in order to succeed the entire leaders must be manipulative. However it is the leaders of pseudo transformational who are manipulative and deceptive. Authentic transformational leaders sometimes are manipulative for what they criticize to be the common good, while manipulative is a practice of regular pseudo transformation leaders and infrequent practice of……
