I took a second bar right after the first. For the first I put in the mythical 10 hours a day every day and only took 3 days off. I did Bar/Bri and the full PMBR. For the second I was working full time and only took a week or so off before. I stared at the materials a lot, listened to the lectures, but didn't really put in the work. I am not telling you to put off practice essays until 2 or 3 days before the Bar. No. That is NOT what I am saying. But, I am advising that you get a firm grasp on your stuff before you go delving in the Florida Bar Essays. Similar to my theory on multiple choice, my theory on essays is that you should not try it until you have some clue of what the hell it is. If you still can’t even name the different types of easements in a simple list, you should not tackle that sample property question Barbri is hanging over your head in their little schedule. Doing something like that seems counter-productive to me. You may or may not do well. You may get VERY frustrated. And, this frustration may throw off your groove for a few precious hours.
